AT&T mobile operator officially announced new device that will become available in its shops in next few months. Samsung Captivate is high-end flagship smartphone running on Google Android 2.1 operating system. It features 1 GHz processor, 4 inch capacitive Super AMOLED screen with 480x800px resolution and multi-touch technology support, 5 Mp camera with autofocus and HD video recording support. Other specifications are Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS with A-GPS support, accelerometer, motion sensor, 3.5mm headphones jack, 16 GB internal storage, MicroSD external memory card slot.
